Structural Welder – Night Shift

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (plus $2.00 per hour shift differential)
Hours: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday - Friday
Location: Sapulpa, OK

We’re looking for a skilled Structural Welder to join our team in Sapulpa. In this night-shift role, you’ll work on assembling and welding metal structures following precise specifications and blueprints. The work requires strong technical skills, a solid understanding of MIG and Fluxcore welding, and a commitment to producing reliable, quality welds.

If you have at least two years of shop welding experience and are comfortable with testing and structural codes, we’d like to talk to you. Fitting experience is a plus, but above all, we value your attention to detail and dedication to safety and quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Weld and assemble metal structures and components per project specifications and blueprints.
• Apply MIG and Fluxcore techniques to achieve strong, durable welds.
• Complete specific weld tests, including 2G MIG Horizontal with Bend, 2G Fluxcore Radiographed, and ½” Plate Double Bevel with Backing Bar.
• Maintain high standards in quality and safety, ensuring every weld meets required strength and structural integrity standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 2 years of welding experience in a shop setting; fitting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MIG and Fluxcore welding, with a good understanding of welding codes and structural safety practices.
• A commitment to safety and quality at every step.
