Pay: $20-24/hr. (+ Shift Differential)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM or 4:30 PM - 3 AM
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Sapulpa, Oklahoma

Test: 2G Mig Horizontal, 2G Flux Core, 1/2 Plate Double Bevel with Backing Bar.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Welder to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in the fabrication of the structural components of our Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards are met during the welding process.

Responsibilities:

• Execute welding tasks according to job specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform necessary weld tests to meet quality assurance requirements.
• Follow blueprints and technical drawings for precise execution.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in MIG and Flux Core welding.
• Ability to pass required weld tests.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Must pass drug screen and background checks.
