Structural Welder

Pay: $18-25/hr.

Hours: Monday- Friday 5AM-3:30PM

Job Description:

Must be a highly safety-oriented individual. Minimum of 2years’ experience in shop fabrication and welding structural. Extensive knowledge of welding with GMAW. FCAW. Ability to pass a weld 3G weld test. Qualification for each process. Ability to read and understand drawings and prints. Ability to weld within the parameters of a WPS. Ability to be a self-motivated and highly productive employee who requires minimal supervision and who can efficiently execute a plan to make jobs happen on time within the estimated hours given. Ability to be a team player who can work well with others to achieve company goals. Ability to recognize and rectify sub-standard welds to ensure product quality. Ability to be punctual and dependent with a willingness to work hours outside of a standard schedule when required to achieve a task or complete a project Must be willing to step outside of welding role when a company need arises and perform and work different job in the plant as need.
