• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Test Requirement: 3G MIG/Flux Core

What You’ll Be Doing

• Fabricate and weld steel structures using GMAW and FCAW methods to meet exacting standards.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and welding equipment safely and efficiently to position materials and complete tasks.
• Inspect materials, prepare surfaces, and ensure all welds meet strict quality requirements.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace while collaborating with a supportive team.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of welding experience or certification from an accredited welding school.
• Proficiency with welding and cutting tools, including plasma cutters and gas equipment.
• A strong attention to detail and a focus on producing quality work.
• A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to workplace safety.
