Hours: Monday-Friday 6AM-2PM

Over 3 years of experience in material fabrication or a related trade involving precision welding, preferably with pressure vessels or equipment used in pressurized applications preferred.

Job Description:

The Structural Tig welder will operate fabrication equipment, including semi-automated machines, lathes, and hand-held TiG or MiG, to manufacture and test rupture disks and pressure relief devices per specifications. Program and monitor laser welder operations, ensuring precision welding within defined pressure ranges and AWS/ASME codes. Collaborate with various departments to meet production, quality, and lead time targets. Maintain a high-quality and safe manufacturing environment, adhering to ISO 9001-2015, ASME, and CE procedures. Inspect parts for quality, maintain records, and support audits. Report equipment issues and contribute to product and process improvements.
