Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking an experienced Structural Fitter/Welder to join a fabrication shop in Tulsa. This Structural Fitter/Welder position is ideal for candidates with a solid background in fitting and welding structural components in a shop environment.

What the Structural Fitter/Welder Will Be Doing

• Fit, align, and weld structural steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Perform welding using MIG and Flux Core processes
• Ensure finished welds meet quality and specification standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Required Qualifications for the Structural Fitter/Welder

• 2–3 years of fitting and welding experience required
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Must be able to pass a 1G MIG and 1G Flux Core weld test
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
