Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Fitter/Welder to join our fabrication team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with structural steel, be proficient in MIG/Flux Core welding, and demonstrate strong fitting techniques. This position requires precision, adherence to safety regulations, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Fitting and Welding: Assemble and weld structural components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Structural Test: A welding test will be conducted after observing on-the-job performance.
• Quality Control: Ensure all welds meet industry and company quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times.
• Collaboration: Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural fitting and welding.
• Proficiency in MIG/Flux Core welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Knowledge of welding safety protocols and best practices.
• Ability to pass a structural welding test after on-the-job evaluation.
