Structural Fitter – Day Shift

·         Pay: $22.00/hr

·         Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)

·         Location: Sapulpa, OK

·         Test Requirement: 10' T-Plate on 1/4" thick for visual, 3G MIG/Flux Core on 1/2" thick beveled butt plate

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural Fitter to join our steel fabrication team. This role is essential to the successful completion of large, complex structural steel projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate preparation, fitting, and alignment of steel components in readiness for welding and assembly.

Key Responsibilities

·         Interpret and work from blueprints and use a tape measure with precision.

·         Previous welding experience is a plus.

·         Work safely with and around overhead cranes, forklifts, power equipment, and automated machinery.

·         Maintain high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

·         This position is classified as Safety Sensitive, requiring strict adherence to all company safety protocols.

·         Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
