Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour
Location: Catoosa, OK
Shift: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
Overtime: Friday & Saturday as required

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Structural Fitter to join our team in Catoosa. This Structural Fitter role involves fitting and interpreting complex structural components, including skid-type work and square-to-round convection box assemblies. The Structural Fitter position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn multiple fitting methods.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Structural Fitter
• Ability to accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprints
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different fitting methods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

The Structural Fitter role includes the following duties:

• Interpret and work from blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Fit structural components including skid-type assemblies
• Perform square-to-round piece fitting on convection boxes
• Adapt to various fitting techniques and fabrication methods
• Maintain quality and accuracy in all fitting work
• Follow safety procedures and shop standards
