Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)

Position Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Structural Fitter to join our Sapulpa fabrication team. In this role, you’ll perform the precise layout, fitting, and alignment of structural steel components for large and complex projects. As a Structural Fitter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every piece is correctly prepared for welding and assembly, maintaining high standards of quality and safety at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure proper fit and assembly.
• Measure, mark, and align steel components using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Work closely with welders and fabricators to prepare materials for production.
• Operate safely around overhead cranes, forklifts, and power equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in structural fitting or steel fabrication.
• Must be able to read blueprints and tape measure accurately.
• Previous welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift, position, and align heavy materials safely.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• This is a safety-sensitive position that requires awareness and adherence to all safety procedures.
