Job Title: Structural Fitter – Day Shift
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Shift/Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)
Location: Sapulpa, OK
Weld Test: Written Fitter Test

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Structural Fitter to join our steel fabrication team. This position plays a key role in the preparation and alignment of structural steel components for large and complex projects. Accuracy, safety awareness, and blueprint interpretation are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately read and interpret blueprints and use measuring tools such as tape measures
• Work safely around overhead cranes, forklifts, power equipment, trucks, and automated machinery
• Prepare structural components for welding and final assembly
• Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail during the fitting process

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a written fitter test
• Previous welding experience is a plus
• Must pass a criminal background check
• This is classified as a Safety-Sensitive Position
