Shift: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Fitter to join our steel fabrication team in Sapulpa, OK. This role is essential to ensuring the precise fitting and alignment of structural steel components for large, complex projects. The Structural Fitter plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and quality of components before welding and assembly.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and tape measures for precise fitting and alignment.

• Work with and around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, power equipment, automated machinery, and other potentially hazardous processes, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols.

• Ensure components are aligned and prepared accurately for welding and assembly.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.

• Prior welding experience is a plus.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• This role is classified as a Safety Sensitive Position due to the operation of heavy equipment and exposure to hazardous processes.
