Job Description:

We are seeking a Structure Lead to conduct bi-weekly safety meetings to build workplace safety awareness, aiming for zero injuries. The role includes reinforcing safety policies, managing manpower and schedules, ensuring 5S principles, documenting reports, handling multiple projects, and training new employees. Responsibilities also involve monitoring product quality, operating machinery, suggesting production improvements, and maintaining shop floor consumables. The ability to troubleshoot issues, encourage continuous process improvements, and supervise and work on units 80% of the time is essential.

Required Qualifications:

• Welding Experience Required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly without accommodation.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and stand throughout the day.
• Ability to work in outside temperatures during summer months.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a self-directed manner.
• Ability to coach and train new employees.
• Experience with power tools and machinery operation.
• Knowledge of ISO9000, API 661, AWS D1.1 standards is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and people to meet deadlines and budgets.
