Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our Oklahoma City warehouse team. The Stand-Up Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely loading and unloading trucks, organizing pallets, and working in cooler environments. As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator, you will play an essential role in maintaining warehouse efficiency and ensuring product quality standards are met.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a stand-up forklift to load and unload trucks
• Work in a 38-degree cooler environment for extended periods
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
• Organize and stack pallets of produce in designated areas
• Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse staff

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating a stand-up forklift
• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent required
