Stainless Steel / Aluminum Welder

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Stainless Steel/Aluminum Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in welding stainless steel and aluminum, using a range of techniques in a shop environment to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG, MIG, and other welding techniques on stainless steel and aluminum materials
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and equipment with precision and high quality
• Ensure all welds meet industry standards and project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints to accurately guide fabrication and assembly tasks
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines
• Weld 2-inch aluminum pipes without gaps, meeting all specified requirements
• Successfully complete a 6G Weld Test to demonstrate welding skills

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of welding experience, specializing in stainless steel and aluminum
• Proficient in TIG and MIG welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints with accuracy
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality welds
• Able to work well within a team and in a shop environment
