Slitting Production Operator

Pay: $15+/HR. (Based on experience)

Hours: Monday-Thursday 6PM-6AM

Join us as a Slitting Production Operator where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality materials such as textiles, film, paper, or metal! In this role, you'll operate slitting machines to cut large rolls of material into narrower strips, ensuring precise alignment, tension, and cutting according to production requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operate and set up slitting machines to ensure accurate alignment, tension, and material cutting.
• Follow processes and controls to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
• Maintain quality control and report any production or safety issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately and adhere to safety protocols.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 51 lbs and working in industrial conditions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience operating slitting machines or similar production equipment.
• Strong communication skills and task orientation.
• Previous Forklift operation experience required.
• Ability to work in industrial conditions, lift up to 51 lbs, and stand/walk for most of the day.
