Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Slitter/Lamination Operator for a full-time position in Claremore. The ideal candidate will have experience operating lamination and slitting equipment, ensuring high-quality output that meets customer specifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Operate laminating equipment to apply adhesive and bond materials under heat and pressure.
•    Use slitting machines to cut laminated materials into specific widths and lengths per job specifications.
•    Monitor equipment to ensure optimal operating speed and efficiency throughout the production process.
•    Conduct regular inspections to identify and correct defects such as wrinkles, uneven thickness, or gaps.
•    Accurately document quality checks and production data within the computer system.
•    Verify final products meet customer standards for width, bonding strength, and surface appearance.
