Position Overview

We’re hiring a Skid Steer Operator to support construction, landscaping, and site preparation projects north of Tulsa. This position requires hands-on experience operating Kubota skid steers, a strong understanding of equipment safety, and the ability to work efficiently in outdoor environments.

The Skid Steer Operator will perform grading, trenching, and backfilling operations, while assisting with material loading, site maintenance, and cleanup as needed. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and detail-oriented, capable of performing physical labor in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Kubota skid steer equipment to move earth, gravel, debris, and other materials
• Perform grading, trenching, backfilling, and site cleanup tasks
• Load and unload materials using buckets, forks, or augers
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues or needed repairs
• Follow site plans, supervisor instructions, and safety protocols
• Assist with manual labor tasks when equipment is not in use
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Proven skid steer operation experience (Kubota preferred)
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL a plus
• Ability to read site plans and follow verbal/written instructions
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to safety and operational detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors for extended periods
