Position Overview

The Shop Helper is responsible for supporting daily shop operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, and maintaining workflow. This Shop Helper role involves general labor tasks in a production environment while ensuring safety and organization. The ideal Shop Helper is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop setting.

Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to lift, load, and unload materials safely
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working in a shop environment
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and support machine operators
• Prior experience in shop, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Must have steel-toed boots

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Load machines for machine operators as directed
• Assist operators with setup and material handling
• Perform general labor tasks throughout the shop
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
