Position Overview

The Shop Helper supports daily operational tasks including deliveries, material handling, and installation assistance. This Shop Helper role helps maintain efficient workflow by assisting technicians, transporting materials, and supporting shop operations. The ideal Shop Helper is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work professionally with customers and team members in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials throughout the shift
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Ability to work full scheduled hours consistently
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, loading, unloading, and transportation of materials
• Support technicians with installation tasks and project setup
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, vehicles, and equipment
• Follow all company safety policies and equipment procedures
• Communicate with supervisors, team members, and customers during deliveries and installations
• Represent the company professionally while working on-site or during deliveries
• Assist with general shop duties to support daily operations

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in deliveries, warehouse operations, or installation assistance preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team environment
