The Shop Helper supports shop operations within the wash bay and paint area of an aerospace manufacturing environment. This Shop Helper role is ideal for an entry-level candidate who is mechanically inclined, coachable, and eager to grow into more advanced responsibilities over time.

• Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Wash and prepare aerospace parts for painting
• Assist with paint application and finishing processes
• Work within the wash bay and paint areas
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area
• Learn additional shop skills as training progresses
