Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Shop Helper to join a busy fabrication team in Sapulpa. The Shop Helper will support craftsmen, operate equipment, and help maintain a safe, productive work environment while contributing to overall shop efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Work around overhead cranes, forklifts, power tools, trucks, and automated machinery — this is a Safety-Sensitive position
• Assist craftsmen with daily tasks and assigned projects
• Maintain productivity levels according to company standards
• Ensure all workmanship meets quality requirements
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE expectations
• Support and sustain shop 5S practices
• Work cooperatively as part of a team and contribute to timely project completion

Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic fabrication shop experience preferred
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools
• Ability to read and write basic shop communications
• Ability to use a shop tape measure accurately
• Willingness to learn shop drawings and bill of materials
• Strong desire to learn and develop new skills
