Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Shop Helper to support fabrication operations in Sapulpa. The Shop Helper will assist craftsmen, operate shop equipment, and help maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, power tools, and automated machinery — this is a Safety-Sensitive position
• Assist skilled craftsmen with daily tasks and shop projects
• Maintain productivity levels in line with company standards
• Uphold strict quality requirements and follow all shop procedures
• Follow all safety policies, including PPE and hazard awareness
• Support and maintain 5S standards throughout the shop
• Work professionally as part of a team and contribute to timely project completion

Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic fabrication shop experience preferred
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools
• Ability to read and write basic shop communications
• Ability to use a shop tape measure accurately
• Willingness to learn to read shop drawings and understand bills of materials
• Strong desire to learn new skills and grow within the role
