Position Overview:

We’re hiring a dependable and safety-minded Shop Helper to support Equipment Operators and assist with day-to-day shop operations. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow in the fabrication industry and gain hands-on experience with industrial tools and machinery.

Key Responsibilities of a Shop Helper:

• Follow all prescribed safety standards and regulations while supporting the company’s Core Values.
• Assist with operating saws and other fabrication shop machinery.
• Perform various tasks to support production goals and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Complete additional duties as requested by supervisors.

What You Bring as a Shop Helper:

• Previous experience in a fabrication or machine shop environment preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and fabrication equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and lift 35–50 lbs. with assistance.
• Willingness to participate in and remain active in a company drug testing program.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed to meet production deadlines.
