Shop Helper
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Location: Sapulpa, OK

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Shop Helper for our Sapulpa facility. This is a SAFETY SENSITIVE position that involves working with and around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, power equipment, automated systems, and other potentially hazardous machinery.

The Helper will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
• Assisting craftsmen with assigned tasks
• Maintaining productivity levels as defined by company work instructions
• Ensuring all work meets established quality standards
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures
• Supporting and sustaining 5S workplace organization standards
• Demonstrating professionalism and a strong team-oriented mindset
• Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and meet project timelines

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Basic fabrication shop experience
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools
• Able to read and write basic shop communications
• Proficient in using a shop tape measure
• Willingness to learn to read shop drawings and understand bills of materials
• Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn new skills
