Location: Sapulpa, OK
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: Monday - Saturday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Helper to join our team in Sapulpa, OK. This role requires working in a fabrication environment, assisting craftsmen, and handling overhead cranes, forklifts, power tools, and automated equipment. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring adherence to all safety protocols and company standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist skilled craftsmen with assigned tasks.

·         Work around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, and hazardous equipment.

·         Maintain productivity levels in line with company standards.

·         Ensure all work meets quality control requirements.

·         Follow all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

·         Uphold 5S workplace organization and cleanliness standards.

·         Collaborate with team members to complete project assignments efficiently and professionally.

Required Skills & Experience

·         Basic fabrication shop experience preferred.

·         Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools.

·         Strong understanding of basic shop communications (reading and writing).

·         Proficiency in using a shop tape measure.

·         Willingness to learn to read shop drawings and interpret bills of materials.

·         Strong teamwork skills and a desire to develop new skills.
