Location: Sapulpa, OK
Pay: $17/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Helper to join our team in Sapulpa, OK. This role involves assisting craftsmen in a fabrication environment, working with overhead cranes, forklifts, power tools, and automated equipment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to develop new skills in a hands-on work environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist skilled craftsmen in their assigned tasks.

·         Work in a safety-sensitive environment around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, and hazardous equipment.

·         Maintain productivity levels in line with company standards.

·         Ensure workmanship meets quality control requirements.

·         Adhere to safety protocols, policies, and procedures at all times.

·         Uphold 5S workplace organization and cleanliness standards.

·         Collaborate with team members to complete project assignments efficiently and professionally.

Required Skills & Experience

·         Basic fabrication shop experience.

·         Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools.

·         Ability to read and write basic shop communications.

·         Proficiency in using a shop tape measure.

·         Willingness and ability to learn to read shop drawings and interpret bills of materials.

·         Strong teamwork skills and a desire to learn new skills.
