Job Position: Shop Helper

Location: Sapulpa, OK 74066
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday–Saturday)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Shop Helper to join our team in Sapulpa, OK. This temp-to-hire position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills and contribute to a dynamic team in a fabrication shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with and around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, power equipment, automated equipment, and other hazardous processes.
• Assist craftsman with assigned tasks.
• Maintain productivity levels to meet the company's established requirements.
• Ensure workmanship meets the company’s quality standards.
• Uphold and sustain 5S workplace organization and housekeeping requirements.
• Demonstrate professionalism and contribute to timely project completions while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Skills and Experience:

• Basic fabrication shop experience required.
• Proficient in operating overhead cranes and power tools.
• Ability to read and write basic shop communications.
• Competence in using a shop tape measure.
• Willingness and ability to learn to read shop drawings and understand bills of materials.
• Strong desire and capability to acquire new skills.
