Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Shipping Lead who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in organization and accuracy. As the Shipping Lead, you’ll oversee all outbound operations—ensuring shipments are processed efficiently, documentation is accurate, and deadlines are consistently met through strong coordination with production and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping operations, including Truckload, LTL, and ground shipments.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate, compliant, and complete.
• Manage packaging, labeling, and freight preparation according to regulations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
• Communicate clearly with production, sales, vendors, and customers to maintain workflow.
• Identify and resolve shipping or logistics issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping environment.

Requirements

• Experience using ERP and shipping system software.
• Strong understanding of freight classifications and shipping regulations.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
