Shipping Clerk

Pay: $17-19/hr.

Hours: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM

Job Description:

As the shipping clerk, you will organize and schedule shipments, meticulously preparing all necessary documentation and labels. You’ll be the main point of contact with carriers and logistics partners, ensuring prompt delivery. Monitoring each shipment closely, you'll guarantee timely arrivals, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to all shipping regulations. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll optimize shipping procedures for maximum efficiency. Additionally, you'll provide support in inventory management and upkeep of our shipping area to ensure it remains tidy and well-organized.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an industrial setting
• Ability to comfortably lift at least 50 pounds.
• Physical agility to execute all assigned tasks effectively.
• Endurance for prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
• Proficiency in climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Keen attention to detail ensuring precise inventory control.
• Collaborative nature conducive to thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
