Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping associate to join a Tulsa-based manufacturing company. This role supports outbound logistics operations by preparing, packaging, and coordinating the shipment of finished goods. The Shipping position requires accuracy, timeliness, and a strong focus on safety while ensuring customers receive their products on time.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and package products for shipment according to customer specifications.
Generate and verify shipping labels, packing slips, and documentation.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or related equipment.
Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling.
Work with production and warehouse teams to meet deadlines.
Maintain an organized shipping area and follow all safety standards.
Track shipments and communicate with carriers to resolve delays or issues.
Update shipping status in ERP or inventory systems.
Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping.
Requirements
1–2 years of shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience.
Must have forklift experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
