Job Overview

We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk/Driver to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for preparing product loads, coordinating deliveries, handling retail sales, managing inventory, and ensuring shipment accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in shipping, receiving, and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Delivery

·         Prepare loads of completed products, including all loose materials, hardware, and necessary components for delivery.

·         Communicate with appropriate personnel to schedule delivery times.

·         Oversee driver activities and provide direction for efficient delivery execution.

·         Safely operate a standard shift transmission vehicle to transport goods.

Retail Sales & Customer Service

·         Engage with customers to determine product needs and provide excellent service.

·         Prepare sales tickets, calculate pricing, and process transactions.

·         Receive payments and provide accurate change when necessary.

Inventory Management & Quality Control

·         Verify the accuracy and quality of completed molding orders and cabinetry tickets.

·         Receive shipments, inspect for accuracy, and confirm inventory counts.

·         Cut, label, and properly store molding orders in designated inventory bins.

Material Handling & Loading

·         Lift, handle, and transport various materials:

o    Bundles of trim (60 lbs.), including overhead reach of 6'6" (truck rack).

o    ¾” x 4’ x 8’ sheets of plywood (100 lbs.) with a cart or assistance.

o    Up to 4’ x 3’ x 2’ cabinets (200 lbs.) using a dolly or assistance.

·         Secure materials properly in the truck for safe transportation.

Qualifications & Skills

·         Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.

·         Ability to safely drive a standard shift transmission vehicle.

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·         Excellent customer service and communication skills.

·         Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials.

·         Experience handling retail transactions is a plus.
