Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a local heat exchanger manufacturer in Sapulpa, OK. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for daily order fulfillment, packaging, shipping, and receiving of materials. This role requires accuracy in documentation, safe equipment operation, and a strong commitment to maintaining efficient and organized warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily shipping and receiving duties, including packaging and order fulfillment.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move, load, and unload shipments safely.
• Verify incoming and outgoing stock against bills of lading (BOLs) and maintain accurate records.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation.
• Complete and manage shipping paperwork, labeling, and documentation accurately.
• Perform minimal local driving as needed (CDL not required).
• Ensure a safe and organized work area in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR required.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience required.
• Must pass a national background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work occasional overtime.
