Position Overview

The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing materials while maintaining accurate inventory and documentation. This Shipping & Receiving Associate role involves handling a wide variety of products, requiring strong organization and attention to detail. The ideal Shipping & Receiving Associate has prior experience in a similar industry and can quickly learn complex product lines.

Required Experience & Skills

• Direct experience with piping and flanges strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a related industry handling similar materials highly desired
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail (required)
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to learn and retain complex product knowledge
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and ship materials accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organization of incoming and outgoing inventory
• Verify product specifications, quantities, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product handling
• Utilize Microsoft tools for tracking, communication, and documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned
