Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Oklahoma City. The Shipping & Receiving associate will play a critical role in verifying merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the safe handling of materials. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy of item numbers and quantities
• Inspect merchandise for damage or quality issues and report discrepancies
• Use RF scanners or other systems to track inventory movement and updates
• Rotate stock and maintain proper inventory organization
• Safely put away merchandise into designated warehouse locations
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals while keeping work areas clean and safe

Requirements

• 1 year minimum warehouse experience (3 years preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (squat, stand, walk, reach) daily
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with RF scanning systems
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Commitment to following safety procedures and reporting concerns

Physical Demands & Safety

The Shipping & Receiving position requires frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Candidates must be safety-conscious and comfortable working in a busy warehouse setting.
