Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented candidate for a Shipping & Receiving position in Oklahoma City. The Shipping & Receiving role is responsible for accurately receiving shipments, verifying merchandise, and safely placing items into designated warehouse locations to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

This Shipping & Receiving position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Shipping & Receiving role includes:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments, confirming item numbers and quantities
• Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies
• Use RF scanners or tracking systems to record inventory movement
• Rotate stock to maintain inventory accuracy and freshness
• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards
• Safely place merchandise into assigned warehouse locations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company procedures and warehouse best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience required (3 years preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily
• Comfortable standing, walking, reaching, squatting, and bending
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
