Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving professional to join a fast-paced production team in Tulsa, OK. The Shipping & Receiving position involves handling incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and performing computer-based data entry for order tracking and documentation. Candidates should be reliable, organized, and safety-conscious with proven forklift and warehouse experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks manually and with forklift or pallet jack.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, materials, and inventory records.
• Fulfill material requests for work orders and sales orders promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and pack crates for domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure all quality control documents are submitted with purchase and job orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation using computer systems and inventory software.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Apply strong math and problem-solving skills in daily operations.
• Perform additional warehouse or production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of shipping and receiving experience required.
• Proven forklift operation and material handling skills.
• Strong computer proficiency with experience in data entry and tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail with strong math skills.
• Dependable work ethic and commitment to safety.
