Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Sheet Metal Worker role includes:

• Assist in fabricating and assembling ductwork components
• Measure, cut, and handle sheet metal materials
• Use basic hand tools and power tools during fabrication tasks
• Support shop operations and general labor activities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company safety procedures at all times

Required Qualifications

• Metal or fabrication experience is helpful but not required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and develop fabrication skills
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Required Workwear

• Steel-toe boots required
• Jeans or durable work pants required
