Location: Chouteau, Oklahoma
Pay: $14 - $17+/hr
Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to assist in constructing and assembling pre-fabricated metal buildings. This role involves installing and securing sheet metal components while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and assemble pre-fabricated metal buildings.
• Install and secure sheet metal components, including siding and roofing.
• Utilize carpentry skills to efficiently work with metal studs.
• Perform ironworking tasks as needed.
• Follow safety standards and building codes.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sheet metal work, particularly with siding or roofing.
• Carpentry skills focused on working with metal studs.
• Ironworking experience is a major plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.
• Punctuality and reliability are crucial.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in sheet metal work, carpentry, or a related field.
• Previous experience in constructing pre-fabricated metal buildings.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
