Senior Accountant
Pay: $75,000–$90,000/year Location: Catoosa, OK Schedule: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing organization. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, monitoring inventory accounting, and ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies and IFRS standards. The Senior Accountant will work closely with supply chain, operations, sales, and leadership to support company goals.

Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities
General Accounting & Reporting
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts accurately and on time
Calculate, post, and verify financial data
Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations, including inventory, accruals, provisions, and commission liabilities
Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies
Inventory Accounting
Partner with supply chain and cost accounting teams to monitor inventory movement
Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Review, analyze, and post inventory reserve entries
Maintain inventory control systems for accurate reporting
Commission & Accrual Management
Maintain commission liability files and support sales inquiries
Prepare and process commission payments for third-party vendors
Monitor and reconcile goods-in-transit and freight accruals
Month-End Close
Support month-end journal entries and financial analysis
Reconcile key accounts and review reserve entries
Assist with management reporting and variance analysis
Audit & Compliance
Provide documentation for internal and external audits
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Support special projects, reporting, and process improvements
Senior Accountant Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Active CPA license
5+ years general ledger accounting experience, including monthly close
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Manufacturing accounting experience
Experience with Syteline or SAP ERP systems
