Position Overview

We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Scale Operator / Customer Service professional to join our West Tulsa team. The Scale Operator / Customer Service position plays a key role in weighing materials, assisting customers, and maintaining accurate records for daily operations. Key Responsibilities

• Operate scale systems to weigh incoming and outgoing materials accurately.
• Learn and apply metal identification techniques (training provided).
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform data entry, record keeping, and basic office tasks.
• Use computer systems to track inventory and complete transactions.
• Apply basic math skills to ensure precise measurements and documentation.

• Demonstrated customer service experience and professionalism.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Excellent math and accuracy skills with attention to detail.
