Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Scale Operator / Customer Service professional to join a reputable materials company in West Tulsa.
As a Scale Operator / Customer Service, you will operate the truck scale, assist customers, and maintain accurate records while supporting daily yard and office workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate scale systems to weigh incoming/outgoing materials
• Learn and apply metal identification techniques (training provided)
• Provide customer service at the scale window and by phone
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Use computer systems for inventory and transaction tracking
• Apply basic math for measurements and calculations

Candidate Requirements

• Outgoing, professional demeanor with solid customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
• Comfortable with basic math and accurate documentation
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
