Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Saw Operator/Ring Bender to join a great company in Sapulpa. The Saw Operator/Ring Bender is responsible for operating and maintaining metal saw equipment, operating forklifts and cranes, and supporting production needs. This Saw Operator/Ring Bender role requires strong mechanical ability and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a metal saw operator in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Experience with heat exchanger tubes is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to work well with a team and take direction from supervisors

Key Responsibilities

The Saw Operator/Ring Bender role includes the following duties:

• Operate and maintain metal saw equipment for safe and efficient production
• Accurately cut metal tubes to specified lengths and diameters
• Inspect metal tubes for defects and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production
• Assist in other production areas as needed

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with various noise levels
