Position Overview

We are seeking dependable candidates to join a production facility as a Sanitation Technician in Joplin. The Sanitation Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment throughout the facility.

This Sanitation Technician role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently while helping ensure that production and common areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior janitorial or sanitation experience helpful but not required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Sanitation Technician role includes:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and facility areas
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility
• Clean and restock break rooms and common areas
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain general facility cleanliness and organization
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently to support a safe production environment
