The goal is to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals, ensuring the company's products meet client requirements while driving business growth.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team in Catoosa, OK. This position involves preparing and submitting sales quotations, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company's profitability through strategic and competitive offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales Quotations:
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales quotations, including:
    • Thermal design
    • Costing
    • Terms and conditions
    • Specification review and clarifications
• Customer Engagement:
  • Communicate and research customer needs to develop competitive and tailored offerings.
  • Negotiate with customers to secure orders while ensuring:
    • Company profitability
    • Adherence to quotation constraints
• Documentation and Compliance:
  • Record sales activities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Comply with Tender Review and Approval Process requirements.
• Collaboration and Planning:
  • Attend design verification meetings to facilitate successful order transitions.
  • Maintain awareness of:
    • Industry trends
    • Government regulations
    • Shop capabilities
• Vendor Coordination:
  • Source and negotiate pricing and delivery terms with sub-suppliers during the quotation stage.
• Sales Development:
  • Participate in sales forecasting and planning.
  • Maintain professional and cooperative communication with staff and customers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college (preferred).
  • Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
