Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Repair Technician Lead with a strong background in commercial roofing to lead a two-person crew. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of commercial and industrial roof maintenance processes. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve water intrusion issues.
• Identify, document, and advise on necessary repairs or replacements.
• Accurately complete paperwork and data entry in a timely manner.
• Perform repairs on roofs, siding, windows, doors, and related constructions.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Address diverse project needs, including storm, hail, water, fire, or insect damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist supervisors as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow company systems and procedures.
• Desire for continuous improvement through feedback.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
• OSHA 10 Certification required; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Some travel is required.
