Repair Technician Lead

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for leadership? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for making a real impact? If so, we’re looking for YOU to join our team as a Repair Technician Lead!

In this role, you’ll be the captain of a two-person service crew, leading the charge on commercial roof maintenance and repairs. With your expertise in roofing and your proactive mindset, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and their buildings safe and secure.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead with safety first: Ensure all tasks follow OSHA standards and promote a safe work environment.

Show off your roofing know-how: Utilize your expertise in commercial and industrial metal roof systems.

Be the go-to problem solver: Diagnose and fix water intrusion issues like a pro.

Spot the details: Identify, document, and recommend repair or replacement needs.

Get hands-on: Tackle physical tasks daily (check out the Physical/Environmental Demands for details).

Stay on top of paperwork: Complete timesheets, service orders, and other data input like a boss.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years in commercial roofing, with solid field experience.

Leadership skills: A natural leader with top-notch organizational and communication skills.

Eager learner: Open to following company systems and SOPs while always looking to grow.

Cool under pressure: You can handle the hustle of a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Adventurer: Willingness to travel for the job.

Certified safety expert: OSHA 10 Certification required (OSHA 30 preferred).
