Local Aerospace company is seeking a Front-desk receptionist
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch
Pay: $16/hr with opportunity for increase at hire.
90-days temp-to hire, Benefits offered once hired.
On-the-job training is minimal. This position requires prior experience in computer programs and receptionist duties. After hire, applicable training is conducted as needed.
The general purpose of this position is to answer the phones, greet guests, and provide administrative support when needed.
Answer phones and greet visitors. Great customer service (a friendly face and a kind voice) is the desired outcome of this position. The phone should be politely answered by the second ring. Employee should be at his or her desk most of the time so that guests will have someone to greet them when they walk in the door.
Support Management. This position provides administrative support to sales, accounting, quality, shipping and production departments. The desired outcome of this work function is to provide back-up typing and organizational support to management.
Maintain offices. This position consists of several morning and afternoon duties to assist in the overall maintenance and impression of the front offices. Examples of this include tidying up the common areas of the front offices including, but not limited to, the breakroom, conference room and reception areas; and making sure that the lights are on in the morning and off in the evening.
