Rebar Fabricator
Pay: $12-$16 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM with OT available
Days: Monday - Friday

Job Brief:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rebar Fabricator to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality rebar products. As a Rebar Fabricator, you will be responsible for cutting, bending, and bundling rebar to meet project specifications. Your role is essential to the construction and building materials industry, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of materials for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret Specifications: Analyze project requirements to determine rebar dimensions and quantities.
  • Fabricate Rebar: Use fabrication equipment to cut, bend, and shape rebar according to design specifications.
  • Bundle & Prepare Materials: Bundle rebar following company standards and safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet project and quality standards.
  • Maintain Work Area: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and in compliance with safety procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Inventory Support: Assist with material tracking and inventory management.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to the fabrication process.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in rebar fabrication or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with rebar specifications and construction standards.
  • Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using hand and power tools for rebar cutting and shaping.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and product quality.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor.
