Position Overview

The Quality Control Inspector will perform detailed inspections on machined parts and assemblies to verify compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional—or a machinist ready to transition into inspection—to join a supportive team where precision and collaboration are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect machined parts and assemblies for dimensional accuracy and visual quality.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, pressure gauges, tape measures, and height gauges.
• Verify parts meet all specifications and document inspection findings clearly.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with machinists and production staff to resolve quality issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Previous quality control or inspection experience required.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Skilled in using measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
• Machinists with inspection experience or interest in QC roles are encouraged to apply.
